Job Title: Jr. HR Generalist

Location: Fairfax, VA (On-site)

Salary: $20 - $22 per hour

If you have a Bachelors Degree and at least 1 year of HR experience in a professional setting, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.

Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits.

Support HR initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement, and training programs.

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Assist in the coordination of HR events and activities, such as employee recognition programs and team-building events.

Provide support with HR-related inquiries and requests from employees and managers.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Collaborate with HR team members on special projects as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of HR experience in a professional setting.

Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
