Loans Transformation Project ManagerOn behalf of our client in the Financial Services Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Loans Transformation Project ManagerLoans Transformation Project Manager- Job DescriptionThe team is a critical component of the company's First Line of Defense for wholesale lending and counterparty credit risk. It partners with businesses companywide to ensure we have best-in-class risk and control capabilities. It also plays an important role in the client's Transformation efforts by helping to drive a companywide focus on wholesale credit risk management. Through ongoing investment in processes, controls, systems, and governance, and continues to further embed consistency and best practices across the company, driving closer alignment between our business and regulatory goals. The Lending Transformation Program (LTP) is a key initiative within the team. The goal is to transform the end-to-end wholesale lending process which will consolidate all remediation efforts for loan product processing and establish a consistent target operating model with a focus on improved processes, controls, and enhanced technology to achieve best-in-class processing capabilities to support our client franchise.The team is looking for a highly energized, dynamic project manager with knowledge of wholesale lending (preferred). They should be ready to join a fast paced, world leader in the financial services industry.Loans Transformation Project Manager- Responsibilities\u00A0Leads planning and coordination of day-to-day Program and project workstream(s) activitiesCoordination of stakeholders to develop functional strategy, project activities and identify dependenciesDirects the identification and escalation of risks and issues impacting workstream delivery and ensures mitigation strategies are developed and executed that address key risks and issues.Works with program lead to ensure project prioritization and plan is in line with objectives and business needsLeads meetings including governance, workshops and working groupsDrives adherence to program processes, procedures, methods, and standards for program deliveryDirects communication of program status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders and governance forumsManages multiple cross functional teams to achieve project goalsPrepare material for Senior committee meetings and Regulatory bodiesApplies comprehensive understanding of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve cross functional issues.Ensures creation and signoff of program plan and charter, benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central program issue log.Collaborate with challenge functions in Risk, Compliance and Internal Audit.
