Together, we will create a better world through sport. Join us./ph2What Youll Do/h2pParticipates in the daily activities and operations of the Mount Juliet Distribution Warehouse. Performs an array of functions that include verifying quantity, quality, and labeling of outgoing goods per customer order, ensuring that all customer orders have shipping labels and are packed to customer specs by performing the following duties:/pulliProcess returned merchandise promptly and accurately, following established procedures and guidelines/liliInspect returned items for damages, missing parts, and other defects, documenting any issues appropriately/liliDetermine the appropriate disposition of returned items, such as restocking, repairing, or disposing of them/liliUpdate inventory records to reflect returned items and their status/liliCollaborate with other warehouse team members to ensure timely processing of returns and minimize inventory discrepancies/liliMaintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety cleanliness standards/liliCommunicate and coordinate with other departments, such as customer service and quality control, to resolve customer issues and improve processes/liliFollow all company policies and procedures related to returns, inventory management, and safety/liliAssist with other warehouse tasks as needed, including receiving and processing stock, picking and packing orders, and conducting inventory checks/liliWork independently and in a team environment, willing to help in other departments and work overtime when necessary (flexibility is a must)/liliConsistently work scheduled shifts and be on time in order to comply with company attendance policy/liliReport any unsafe work conditions that might occur/liliOther duties as required/li/ulh2What Were Looking For/h2pSkills and conditions of employment:/pulliMust be 18 years or older/liliPrior experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred/liliThe ability to work the 1st shift work schedule: currently Monday through Friday 6:30AM to 3:00PM/liliAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment/liliExcellent organizational and time management skills/liliProficient in using inventory management systems and basic computer applications/liliStrong communication and teamwork skills/liliFlexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed/liliMust be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check/li/ulh2Language Skills:/h2pMust be able to communicate effectively with others./ph2Mathematical Skills:/h2pAbility to count accurately and efficiently/ppPhysical demands:/ppThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
