In the role, you would be responsible for:
- Fulfilling customer orders through picking and packing filters, belts and wipers
- Using an RF scanner to perform inventory movements within the Company preferred ERP Systems
- Building individual orders containing multiple products and preparing for shipment
- Receiving inbound freight and staging in designated storage locations
- Moving small to medium items using approved lift assist equipment
- Preparing shipping documentation using Company approved software programs
- Housekeeping- removing plastic, cardboard (bailing), emptying trash and sweeping floors
- Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion
What Youll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pick/pack experience in a line environment
- RF scanner experience
- Experience opening cartons, replenishing and picking product
- Forklift experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, SAP, Proprietary shipping software programs
- Quality minded with a strong attention to detail
- Strong sense of teamwork with a friendly, outgoing demeanor capable of getting along well with co-workers and managers
- Ability to work M - F 7:00am to 3:30pm
- Ability to stand, squat, reach and walk between 8 - 10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. infrequently
- Ability to withstand cold/heat in a warehouse environment
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
