Essential Job Duties:

Be the central point of contact for flow of procurement transactions for bank-financed activities:

o Interface regularly (sometimes daily) with approximately a dozen SCM contacts

o Receive and track all purchase orders/contracts

 Categorize by project, vendor, SCM person issuing PO/contract and by type of procurement (materials, service, perhaps sub-categories)

 Indicate and track ‘committed cost’

 For materials, predict freight/logistics costs

o Procurement cost and schedule tracking

 Maintain tracking sheet which is viewable by all SCM personnel involved (as well as F&C and Treasury)

 Track spend

• monthly spend sortable/filterable by all categories

• budget related amount by procurement item

• actual related amount by procurement item

• change orders as they are executed by others

 Track dates:

• PO/Contract issue date

• Original expected on site date

• Latest expected on-site date with conditional formatting for monitoring by SCM personnel

• Expediting notes

o Invoice management:

 Regularly monitor a common projects communication email address for each project – a place where invoices are received from vendors

 Aggregate invoices for submittal to Treasury group on a regular (likely monthly) basis

 Take purchase orders/contracts issued by SCM and see that ‘assignment’ to bank is completed

 Submit invoices in Pay Proceeds format to Treasury on a regular (likely monthly) basis

 Engage directly with Treasury contact on a regular basis

Required Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree received in either Business Administration or Supply Chain Management

 5+ years of prior experience in cost control activities

 Strength in organizational capabilities and taking on multiple activities throughout the work day

 Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

 Strong knowledge of Excel / spreadsheet and advanced use of this software

 Personality that allows for interaction with many different parties in a comfortable relationship that instills trust with the various parties

 Strong communication skills and an ability to communicate thoughts in a clear, concise, coherent manner – both written and verbally

 Able to work well with others both within and across functional boundaries

 Basic project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

 Prior involvement in procurement-related cost tracking activities

 Prior experience in Power BI dashboard development or Power BI visualization enhancements

Work week - 9/80 work schedule, in office on hybrid schedule WFH Mondays and Fridays, and in the office Tuesday-Thursday.
