We are seeking a dedicated Project Management Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This pivotal role involves overseeing various projects within our operations, coordinating closely with teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient execution. Manage and oversee projects across different stages, ensuring alignment with company goals and deadlines. Qualifications

Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivered projects. Strong leadership and team motivation skills, capable of managing diverse teams remotely. In-depth knowledge of operations management, logistics, and international e-commerce. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data in decision-making processes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization. Independent work ethic, coupled with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field. Experience in e-commerce or global trade is highly desirable.
