Exceptional opportunity for a full time Property Accountant (PA). The PA will prepare, analyze, and maintain the Financial Statements for multiple properties within their portfolio. The PA will prepare/review the payables, deposits and journal entries for completeness and accuracy per established EPM written guidelines. The PA will reconcile bank accounts, complete monthly funding requirements, and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements according to set deadlines along with working on annual financial audits conducted by various CPA firms. The accountant should expect to work over 40 hours occasionally to meet deadlines, especially during audit season. This position will work closely with staff at assigned properties to ensure invoices and deposits are processed in a prompt, accurate and timely fashion. This position requires a very detail-orientated individual with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. The PA will adhere to and have working knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) financial reporting. Property management accounting background helpful but not required.

Background and drug screening required.

Salary depending on experience.
