You will lead a team of professional care managers that support patients by identifying and removing patient care barriers that will regress their healing. It shines as you and your team develop enhanced discharge plans yielding optimal outcomes for each patient.**Responsibilities**+ Responsible for planning, development, organization, implementation and ongoing operations of the hospital care management department+ Provides leadership and direction to care coordinator staff members+ Ensures the coordination of services for a smooth continuum of care process throughout the organization+ Develops and implements standards of operation, policies & procedures, work flows and desktops to ensure quality management, fiscal accountability and outcomes measures+ Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies**Qualifications**+ Unencumbered RN license to practice in the State of Arkansas, or compact state+ Bachelors Degree required, preferably BSN+ Minimum of 5 years nursing leadership experience, preferably in an acute care setting+ Minimum of 2 years in a case management setting, preferably in an acute care setting+ CCM Certification preferredWhile you’re busy impacting the healthcare industry, we’ll take care of you with benefits that include health/dental/vision, FSA, matching retirement plans, paid vacation, adoption assistance, and more **We also offer relocation assistance.****Pay Range**$49.08 - $71.16 /hourWe are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
