Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior HRIS Consultant to provide backfill support for their current Human Resources (HR) application – Infor Lawson Legacy S3 HR v10 and associated processes. This role is crucial in ensuring the HRIS process, data, and application support meet the business's needs. Responsibilities: - Provide daily support for all HR users, troubleshooting routine to moderate issues related to Infor Lawson HR and related systems. - Conduct routine and moderate analytical HR reporting and perform mass data uploads across the business. - Address and resolve Lawson data integration issues with internal and external HR applications and vendors. - Develop and update Infor Lawson HR process documentation for user education and training. - Support corporate and field end users with problem resolution, including reversal/correction requests. - Conduct regular data audits to maintain and improve data integrity. - Assist with companywide data uploads including merit increases, certifications, competencies, and performance ratings. - Support HRIS projects including data conversions, testing for new acquisitions, upgrades, and enhancements. - Develop, edit, and deliver content for end user guidance, support, and training. - Prepare status reports and keep management informed of progress and issues. Qualifications: Must have minimum of 5 years of experience in Infor Lawson Legacy S3 HR, preferably in healthcare. Strong functional knowledge of HR, Benefits, and Employment / Recruitment practices. Strong HRIS application and integration knowledge and experience. Advanced analytical and problem resolution skills for complex issues. Strong communication, customer service and customer support skills. Advanced reporting skills, preferably with Crystal Reports, Lawson Add-Ins, SQL Developer and Microsoft Access. Strong knowledge of Infor Lawson Legacy S3 HR table structures. Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
