Risk & Controls Program Manager

Program Manager Location: Rutherford, NJ Pay: $80-82/hr

This role will support the Enterprise Risk Technology team in ensuring that the program management aspects are delivered for the Enterprise Risk Management book of work and that ongoing oversight of this area continues.

Responsibilities:

Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs. Directs the identification of risks which impact program delivery and ensure mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessary. Directs the communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis. Leads the identification and drive resolution of issues, including those outside established programs of work. Ensures all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities, understand the program schedule and key milestones, and receive schedule status regularly. Escalates program risks to the Program Director, or Program Sponsor, when appropriate. Grasp key priorities and complex issues quickly for the larger organization and create clear written presentations/communications. Qualifications:

15+ years of extensive experience in Risk and Controls domain Should demonstrate Critical thinking, Problem solving skills and a commitment to quality & attention to detail. Working understanding of Enterprise Risk Management Excellent interpersonal relationships with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders. Possesses excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to work across business and functions. #LI-MH1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
