Qualifications: Minimum Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. Minimum Work Experience: Previous supervisory experience in nursing required. Required Skills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Current clinical competence in an area relevant to the patient population. Certifications/License: Current unencumbered multistate or North Carolina Nursing License. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association. Must-Haves: Current unencumbered multistate or North Carolina Nursing License (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
