The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: **Job Overview:** The Entry Level Project Management Jr. Associate will support project teams in the planning, execution, and tracking of project initiatives. They will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure project success. **Key Responsibilities:** + Assist with project planning, including scheduling and resource allocation• Facilitate project meetings and document meeting minutes and action items• Track project progress, including project milestones and deliverables• Assist with project budget tracking and reporting• Collaborate with project team members to identify and resolve project issues• Assist with project communications, including status reports and presentations• Support project managers with ad-hoc tasks and project administrative duties **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field preferred but not required• Strong organizational and planning skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint and Project• Project management certification or coursework is a plus, but not required. **Quest Global is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
