Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and promulgate meeting notices, agendas, and minutes for site-level risks, issues and opportunities (R/I/O) working groups and boards.
  • Coordinate with meeting participants to ensure the completeness of forum inputs and relevant artifacts.
  • Facilitate meeting proceedings.
  • Track actions, decisions, lines, and other outcomes of site-level R/I/O working groups and boards to closure.
  • Develop, maintain, and facilitate site/cross-site R/I/O management processes for standardized tracking and adjudication of R/I/O items.
  • Maintain the site R/I/O list in the Enterprise Risk Tool (or associated tools specific to site mission partners), aggregating, tracking, and updating site R/I/Os as required.
  • Identify R/I/Os along with their associated cost, schedule and performance impacts.
  • Compile and coordinate R/I/O packages for validation.
  • Assist site stakeholders and mission partners with articulation and format of R/I/Os and R/I/O responses.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders within and across sites to support the R/I/O management process.
  • Prepare R/I/O status reports and present findings to the appropriate Government forums and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Must have TS/SCI with CI poly
  • Junior to senior level positions available
