Financial Advisor Consultant

Responsibilities:
  • Establish a plan and support activities to close gaps in the overall GWS Compliance governance framework
  • Collaboratively develop a compliance monitoring plan with the GWS Supplier Governance Manager
  • Work with GWS stakeholders to review status and provide feedback on audit remediations, for which client is ultimately accountable
  • Provide support and feedback for ad-hoc compliance inquiries from the GWS team
  • Assisting GWS in assessing a training plan/roadmap
  • Maintain the GWS Contracting SharePoint
  • OneVet - Evaluate Red Flag Report, Assign appropriate Recommendation to the OneVet report based on the matrix

Candidate Requirements
  • 5+ overall years of experience in the field.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
  • Understanding compliance processes (within a tech company) - 5+ YOE
  • Communication skills (working across multiple organizations) - 5+ YOE
  • Understanding supplier relationships (in relation to compliance / audits) - 5+ YOE


Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, competencies, competencies, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
