JOB REQUIREMENTS: Required: Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm in a fast-paced and stressful environment. Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills and ability to follow directions. Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines. Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to deal effectively with guests, management, employees, and outside contacts. Withstand prolonged standing, stretching, bending, kneeling, lifting, and carrying items. Excellent customer service skills. Able to lead and mentor a team. Interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts. Professional appearance and demeanor. Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent. Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms. Preferred: At least 2 years of college education in a related field and/or equivalent work experience in Hotel Management. Previous experience in scheduling and staffing with a general understanding of Hotel Operations. Previous experience working in a similar hospitality setting.
