Description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Event and Promotions Assistant. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a key player in executing impactful events and promotions, contributing to the success of our clients' marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events and promotional activities.
  • Liaise with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event logistics.
  • Coordinate the setup and breakdown of promotional booths, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging presence.
  • Engage with event attendees to create positive brand experiences and convey key messaging.
  • Manage inventory of promotional materials and merchandise, ensuring adequate supplies for each event.
  • Collect and analyze data on event performance, providing insights for future improvements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative promotional ideas.
Qualifications:
  • A passion for events, promotions, and creating memorable brand experiences.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous experience in event planning, promotions, or related fields is a plus.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and travel to various event locations as needed.
