About Our Client:
Addison Group is seeking a Temporary Clerk for our client. This hybrid role, based in Tulsa, OK, offers a blend of in-office and work-from-home flexibility. The position is contracted for 12 months, providing support to the Asset Management team in record management and research activities.
Job Description:
The Records Clerk will work closely with the Asset Management team, conducting records research and assisting in data management and correction. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple information systems, and willingness to support team projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct records research using Perceptive Document Management, Maximo, and GIS systems
- Provide support to employees and contractors on projects related to records research
- Assist in records correction and database updates as needed
- Take inbound help desk requests for the Central Records department during and after hours (rotation-based)
- Perform basic records management tasks, including handling 30-pound boxes and occasional ladder use
- Background in utility operation records or legal experience with geographic parcels preferred
- Prior research experience, especially in oil-well leases or similar fields, is beneficial
- Knowledge of records and information management systems, including Enterprise Content Management (ECM) tools, is desirable
- Basic knowledge of GIS and Maximo, or willingness to learn
- Proficient in Excel (intermediate level or higher)
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Hybrid work schedule: Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday-Friday remote
- Business professional dress code required
- Must pass a standard background check and a drug screen
