Job Description: Position: Construction Superintendent Experience: 8 Years Type: Full-Time Responsibilities: Overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction site, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget. Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Enforcing strict safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment. Supervising and mentoring on-site construction teams to ensure quality workmanship and efficiency. Keeping detailed records of project progress, materials, and costs. Reporting project updates and issues to upper management. Traveling to project sites as required to meet project needs. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: 8 years of experience in construction management, with a strong preference for experience in industrial projects, especially Big Box Warehouses. Willingness to travel to project sites as needed. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to enforce them rigorously. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Experience with construction management software is a plus.
