Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative We are seeking a customer service representative for our location in Fairfax, Virginia. This role will be based in dealership working on-site from Monday to Friday and every other Saturday. The position offers a contract employment opportunity and involves a variety of tasks centered around customer service, collections, and data entry. Responsibilities: Efficiently handle customer inquiries and resolve issues. Process customer applications with precision. Update and maintain accurate customer records. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions. Follow up with customers regarding past due payments through phone calls and emails. Handling mailings. Perform data entry tasks to update customer accounts. Handle multiple phone calls in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Utilize office suite effectively and demonstrate a willingness to learn new processes and systems. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience office experience. Prior experience handling phone calls, data entry, and account management. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be tech savvy. Ability to handle difficult customer interactions with grace and professionalism. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment. Detail oriented. Can start immediately.
