You will be responsible for converting leads into customers Responsibilities Communicate with customers in-person during face to face consultations. Utilize provided lead list to follow up with customers and potentially upsell services. Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability. Stay up to date with all product knowledge related to the brands we're representing. Participate in daily training sessions with our team. Qualifications Customer service, sales, direct marketing experience preferred.
