  • Relevant College degree with 0-3years experience

  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Previous experience in Engineering Project Management/Construction-related fields is helpful.

  • Experience with document management and storage systems, such as SharePoint, Filery Client Relationship Management (CRM) experience would be beneficial.

  • Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include being a team player and a confident communicator with the ability to support a diverse team of individuals to drive for results.

  • You must have a "Can Do" attitude and flexibility to adapt to ever changing priorities and varying project requirements.

You will join our Water Resources Team within our Water Market

As our newmember of the team, your key tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Project Manager (PM) in managing all activities related to the project life cycle, from proposal initiation through execution and closeout. This includes managing all elements of project scope, schedule, and budget, as required to optimize client service and project profitability.

  • Interfacing with the legal department to ensure Agreements and other contractual documents are thoroughly reviewed and any comments are adjudicated with the PM team and the client for execution.

  • Developing and coordinating subcontract agreements, as required, in accordance with Ramboll's standard template.

  • Setting up prospective project opportunities and working with PMs to update progress through the tender process.

  • Risk Management activities, including working within the guidance of Ramboll's Project Model to assist project leadership in completing project level ratings and assessments as well as following up on required approvals.

  • Leading review of technical progress against scope, schedule, and project finances. As appropriate, "deep dive" projects to review estimate to complete, burn rate, performance against budget, invoicing status, and task budgeting.

  • Tracking and assisting with preparation of critical project delivery milestones such as engineering drawing packages, cost estimates, construction schedules, turnover documents, and other contract requirements.

  • Providing quality review of documents to ensure accuracy and completeness and coordinating delivery to client.

  • Helping develop change orders, submittals, RFIs, and transmittals as well as maintaining logs to manage these documents.

  • Working with the PM to develop and update schedule of values and percent complete for client invoices, as well as invoice reviews for approval and timely delivery to clients.

  • Adhering to the policies and standards set forth in Ramboll's quality management practices.
