A local property management company has an immediate opening for a Senior Property Manager. Senior Property Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to: *Oversee the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies in order to promote high levels of occupancy *Oversee leasing units (including showing apartments, resident screening, move-ins, etc.) *Manages financial operations of the properties *Supervises and monitors completion of on-site tasks related to preventive maintenance, routine maintenance, and scheduling outside vendors as necessary *Supervise day-to-day operations of on-site team *Maintaining a positive customer service attitude with everyone at the property *Stay familiar with market competition and rental rates
