We are thrilled to announce a partnership with a leading Food and Beverage company seeking a seasoned NetSuite Administrator. This role will collaborate closely with Finance and Operations teams, driving reporting enhancements and spearheading post-implementation optimizations within NetSuite. Directly reporting to the company’s Director of Technology, the ideal candidate will excel in supporting Order to Cash processes, EDI integrations, outsource manufacturing, and third-party integrations.

Responsibilities:Manage the administration of NetSuite and other financial applications.Optimize reporting for Order to Cash, EDI (SPS Commerce), WMS (RF Smart), OneWorld, and third-party integrations.Serve as a subject matter expert on various initiatives, including implementation projects, system enhancements, and data stewardship.Conduct end-user training sessions and update knowledgebase articles.Oversee 3rd party integrations, including Avalara, Celigo, Salesforce, and others.Act as a liaison between finance, technology, data, and cross-functional teams.Assist in project management efforts with third-party vendors and consulting teams.Document policies, procedures, and training materials.Qualifications:Preferably 8 years of NetSuite experience.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences.Experience in supporting integrations is advantageous.Background in accounting or finance is preferred.Familiarity with M&A activities, such as process adaptation and data migration, is desirable.Your Profile:8+ years of NetSuite experience.Proficiency in functional business areas such as Financials, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Sales, or Reporting.NetSuite project experience is beneficial, including implementations, upgrades, and deployment to new entities.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for success in this role.
