Responsibilities: •Leads the development and execution of the IT strategy, overseeing the design, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. •Establish and implement short and long-term strategies to accomplish the goals and objectives to deliver services to the organization within budget, schedule, and quality objectives. •Develops and controls the annual operating and capital expenditure budgets for infrastructure to ensure that it is consistent with the overall strategic objectives of the organization. •Contacts software vendors to obtain specifications, pricing, and other purchase related information. Overseeing relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and support. •Ensures the safety and security of the company's data and systems by establishing proper security procedures and backup strategies that follow established best practices. •Ensure that all infrastructure and networks operate according to identified standards, regulatory and legal requirements. •Evaluates and reviews service contract information to make sure that the needs and goals of the healthcare organization are met. •Identifies appropriate internal controls for departments; provides mechanisms to monitor and enforce compliance. •Responsible for the hiring, termination, performance, and evaluation processes for all staff in the department. •Serves on hospital committees as a subject matter expert on the healthcare technology management, and the standards and regulations that govern the maintenance of the medical equipment. •Serve as Security Officer for organization. Requirements: •Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science or related field from an accredited college or university. •5 years related experience in a leadership capacity having supervisory and administrative responsibilities. •Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including VPN, networks, servers, cloud services, and security. •Strong analytic and organizational skills, particularly in planning, communications, and problem-solving. •Maintains up-to-date expertise in the operation and application of software and a working knowledge of a wide variety of commonly used hardware and software. •Healthcare experience preferred. •Meditech Expanse experience preferred.
