Director of Warehouse Services Our client is looking to add a Director of Warehouse Services to their expanding team. This position will be responsible for inbound receiving, outbound shipping, best practices, as well as other duties that are outlined below.

Job Type:

Full-time

Responsibilities:

Process Engineering

Warehouse mapping WMS process review and development. Suggest & champion new WMS applications to fit AJ WW needs. Fluent in RF guns and all scanning processes both in/out

Inventory Management & Control

WMS oversight Quality Management

Champion Constant Improvement in all DCs

Space utilization & optimization Quality & production Labor and workforce allocations in conjunction with local warehouse mgmt. OS&D (Overages/Shortages/Damages) oversight

Compliance & Safety Protocols

OSHA regulatory Lead safety & health initiatives Claim management

Experience:

3-5 years of freight forwarding experience Experience with inbound & outbound receiving, along with warehouse mapping Proficiency in WMS Experience with various WMS applications Track Record of Continuous Improvement, demonstrated by Space utilization optimization, Quality enhancement & Labor efficiency improvements Compliance and Safety Knowledge Experience reviewing 3rd party warehouse contracts

This position offers a competitive base salary.
