Established in 1999, we serve clients in personal injury law across Chicago and Indiana through four offices. We foster a supportive, team-oriented culture and utilize cutting-edge technology. Seeking a Case Manager to provide exceptional legal support and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on medical treatment and case progress.
- Communicate with insurance adjusters and medical providers to gather necessary case materials for attorneys.
- Potential for office-based or hybrid remote work arrangements.
Requirements:
- Confident phone demeanor, setting the tone and pace of client calls.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and provide reassurance to clients during difficult times.
- Strong communication and active listening skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with case management software preferred.
