Distribution Manager

The Distribution Center Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations for the establishment of a new regional center in Virginia Beach. This will involve establishing processes and a team that will operation the facility. You will be expected to drive a high level of performance, manage inventory, logistics and the entire team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Establish operational processes at the new facility
  • Oversee daily operations at the center
  • Drive high performance across inventory, warehouse, transportation and service
  • Hire and manage employees to work at the center

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing a distribution center or a warehouse
  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience establishing and growing a distribution center is highly preferred
  • Experience with SAP is preferred
  • Based in the Virginia Beach area, or able to relocate
