A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN EXPERIENCED DISPATCHER:

Picture yourself answering calls from our valued customers with a warm smile in your voice, ensuring that every concern is heard and addressed promptly. You'll be the mastermind behind coordinating our talented technicians' schedules, orchestrating their routes with precision and efficiency to meet customer expectations. Your day will be filled with seamless communication between technicians and customers, ensuring that each service appointment is handled with care and expertise. WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS AN EXPERIENCED DISPATCHER:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dispatcher

Familiarity with the HVAC industry

Proficiency in using Service Titan or similar software preferred

Do you have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal? Are you someone with great organizational prowess and excellent multitasking abilities? Can you provide exceptional customer service? If so, you may be perfect for this position
