Key Responsibilities:
1. Receive and process repair orders from the service dispatcher.
2. Execute repairs as specified on the repair order with precision and in accordance with dealership standards.
3. Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and implement necessary repairs.
4. Collaborate with the parts department to procure required components.
5. Preserve and label parts for warranty claims or customer requests.
6. Inspect vehicles to identify any additional safety or service needs.
7. Communicate promptly with the service advisor regarding any changes in repair requirements or timelines.
8. Document all work performed meticulously.
9. Conduct road tests on vehicles as needed, ensuring customer vehicles are not used for personal errands.
10. Mentor and oversee apprentice technicians as assigned.
11. Participate in factory-sponsored training sessions to enhance skills.
12. Stay updated on factory technical bulletins and guidelines.
13. Maintain cleanliness of customer vehicles and the workshop environment.

Qualifications:
