What You’ll Do

The Project Manager - ERP will report into and work closely with our Business Systems Manager in leading the delivery and implementation of a new ERP system throughout the company.This position will also lead any related business processes as part of a project to improve and update business efficiencies.The Project Manager - ERP will be responsible for the overall project management of the ERP project including but not limited to planning, requirements gathering, implementation, and ongoing training and change management.

Responsible for improving current business processes utilizing Value Stream Mapping and other Lean techniques Create a roadmap for deploying technology and business processes across all business functions and locations to achieve future visions Work with business managers and team members to develop a detailed understanding of the unique business processes at each plant Serve as project representative to routinely update key stakeholders on all aspects of the ERP implementation project Lead the implementation of new organizational processes aligned with the ERP configuration and best practices Oversee development and execution of data migration and testing plans for application solutions testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing Develop foundational elements for deployment and implementation of future ERP phases and integration with other technologies on the ERP and Business System roadmap

What You’ll Need

To be successful in this position, you must:

Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or relevant experience Have strong project management skills with hands-on experience implementing mid-market ERP and other business systems in a manufacturing environment Demonstrate your experience in successfully leading the adoption and automation of new business processes and aligning them to the site Have the ability to manage operational business change through the ERP implementation Possess experience using Lean techniques and tools, including Value Stream Mapping, to evaluate, re-design, and optimize business processes Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills Be able to travel 10-25% of the time
