Project Engineer

The Controls Project Engineer/Programmer will be individual contributor roles with some project oversight responsibilities. These individuals are responsible for taking design and programming projects from conception through start-up; assist with estimating and proposal development; interfacing with clients and plant personnel; and thriving in a team –oriented atmosphere.
Requirements/Basic Qualifications:
* BS Electrical Engineering or related field. Will consider 2-year degree candidates with extensive programming experience.
* Knowledge & experience with machine automation (design & programming)
* System development experience, including:
** PLC & HMI development
** Commissioning, startup support and training of plant personnel
** System documentation
Desired/Preferred Experience:
* Demonstrated proficiency in Siemens and/or Allen Bradley
* Demonstrated experience in HMI development
* Demonstrated experience with multiple VFD’s or servo systems
