Concert Technologies, a leader in the Technology Deployment industry, is currently looking for candidates to fill our mid-level Contracts Specialist position.The Contracts Specialist supports the objectives and goals of the business by supporting the Director with day-to-day departmental demands, including (but not limited to):Crafting language for new contracts and amendments to existing contracts.Maintaining company contract templates, including periodic review and language updates as may be required.Redlining and negotiating contract terms for suitability/acceptability to Concert.Meeting with external parties to discuss contract terms.Assisting in the development of formal proposals in response to RFP processes.Auditing existing contracts for terms, obligations, etc. to assist in compliance management.Acting as departmental front-line, handling all incoming inquiries and requests.Requirements Required Experience:Bachelors degree (a degree in business would be weighed/viewed most favorably) Associates degree may be considered in conjunction with suitable experience and capabilities.Contract management-related credentials (CPCM, CCCM, CFCM or CCMA) and organizational membership is required.Experience interpreting and crafting, and a strong understanding of contract language.Experience with and understanding of redlining process and etiquette.Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).Strong understanding of contractual compliances and their impact on and flow through the service delivery chain.Strong technical writing capability.Experience with RFP/RFQ/RFI process, including proposal development.Concert Technologies offers a diverse, team-oriented working environment and the opportunity to work with exceptional, dedicated industry professionals.
