•Meet or exceed established customer service standards to enhance the customer experience

ABILITIES REQUIRED:
•Dynamic, outgoing personality with a smile and greeting for every customer
•Present a professional appearance
•Thorough knowledge of the bank's products and services, policies and procedures, and bank
regulations
•Ability to match customer needs to our products and services and to complete all necessary
steps in opening deposit accounts
•Ability to cross-sell the bank's products and services
•Ability to handle cash competently and have a good balancing record
•Excellent customer service skills; able to handle customers and difficult situations in a
professional manner and to remain calm under stressful situations.
•A team player, willing to help wherever needed and do more than is asked
•Ability to earn repeat business
•Requires high school diploma or GED plus additional bank-related training; 4 to 5 years related
experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

WORK SCHEDULE (subject to change): This full-time position is scheduled for approximately 37-40 hours per week, M-F.
