Job Summary: Team Leader will be tasked with developing a timeline and assigning deliverables within a specific area to members of team, including themselves. The Team Lead will be tasked with reporting on team's progress. Responsible for implementing and executing daily tasks within given department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the execution of daily tasks.
  • Schedule daily activities to meet production planning requirements.
  • Assist in general supervision of team members.
  • Act in the capacity of backup to direct Supervisor or Manager during off hours or absenteeism.
  • Acts as a backup to team due to absenteeism when required.
  • Assemble product components to meet production schedules.
  • Oversee day-to-day activities.
  • Monitor production performance and report on metrics.
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching.
  • Train individuals to perform tasks within department.

  • Education and Experience
    High school education and 3-5 years related work experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge and understanding of cGMPs and ISO is desired.
