Marketing Associate

The Marketing Associate position requires the routine use of independent judgement and discretion while managing $2 Million in paid search marketing budgets for all ZRS properties. The Marketing Associate responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop and present action plans for ZRS managed communities, making recommendations based on advertising source metrics to meet business operations goals. Determine and manage traffic goals and conversions on Google campaigns to drive quality traffic to ZRS properties. Develop and implement strategies that optimize campaigns allowing a property to reach their budgeted occupancy goal. Utilize Google AdWords certification to strategically develop competitive tracking insights based on property and regional marketing analysis. Direct digital campaigns prior to, during, and post takeover of new acquisitions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, build out of Google AdWords campaign structure, implementation of created campaigns, as well as ongoing management. Determine media buying for any new takeover or new development’s online strategy. Be available for extended out-of-town travel for client meetings, property rollouts, internal meetings, educational conferences, etc. Perform all other duties assigned by the supervisor and/ or VP of Marketing SKILLS and ABILITIES: Possess excellent communication and leadership skills Possess excellent time management skills – i.e. ability to prioritize, manage time effectively and handle multiple projects and tasks Possess good organization skills as well as being detail-oriented Possess exceptional computer skills - intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe and Power Point Knowledge of business practices and principles Ability to use and apply common sense and use good judgment Ability to work cooperatively and in a teamwork environment Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks and cope with stress in a composed manner Ability to respect and maintain confidentiality QUALIFICATIONS A college degree preferred. An Active Certification from Google preferred. Certifications must be up-to-date, renewed, and maintained. WORKING CONDITIONS: The Marketing Associate must be able to work in an office environment. They work normal business hours, although long hours and evening meetings are required. This position is exempt from overtime and may entail working hours as needed to perform the position requirements satisfactorily. This position will involve light travel for training and education seminars.
