Job Summary

The Credit Manager will oversee the daily functions of the Credit Department, ensuring accurate customer payment applications and managing adjustments to customer credit terms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Credit Evaluation: Analyze credit data and financial statements to determine the risk involved in extending credit or lending money.
  • Customer Assessment: Review and assess the credit history of current and prospective customers.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and suggest measures to mitigate them.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on credit analysis and present findings to management.
  • Credit Limits: Recommend credit limits based on analysis and company policy.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial ratio analysis and other quantitative assessments.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all credit analysis activities.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Analytics preferred.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with JD Edwards and Salesforce software.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel.
