Agility Partners is looking for a Hardware Transition Specialist to join a Fortune 500 Global Food Services organization in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will:
End user computing lifecycle support for the organization's employees
Coordinate and track vendor orders
Coordinate and manage a large-scale system conversions for high-profile corporate customer.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot PC's, tablets, peripherals, printers, and other applications.
Assist customers in the support of new and existing PC's and laptop supporting both hardware and software issues.
Install company OS from network.
