Our team values the work components of every member to create a culture of people helping people and making a difference in our lives and those we serve.Job Description:Job Overview:Responsibilities and Duties:•Schedule appointments•Input all patient information into computer database and file confidentially•Performed day to day secretarial functions and general office duties including word processing, copying filing, faxing data entry and answering multi-line telephones.•Assist in checking in and checking out patients and scheduling for any type of testing and/or follow ups.•Obtain and verify patient information•Exercised problem solving and conflict resolution skills when handling patient complaints, and refers patient complaints to appropriate designated personnel as needed•Receive incoming deliveries and sort supplies in appropriate places•Posted payments at the close of businessQualifications:Bi-Lingual a Must•High School diploma or equivalent•1 YEAR of medical front desk•Dependable, multitasker, with great communication skills•Able to lift 25lbsJob Type: Full-timePay: Starting $17.00Expected hours: 40 per weekMonday - FridayBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceDisability insuranceHealthcare setting:Private practiceMedical specialties:HematologyOncologyEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
