Essential Functions
Lead Generation:
Develop and execute strategic lead generation plans with clear targets and objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Sales Achievement:
Surpass growth and sales targets through effective planning and execution.
Maintain strong relationships with referral sources, clients, and community partners.
Marketing Campaigns:
Design, launch, and analyze marketing campaigns for maximum impact and ROI.
Adjust strategies based on performance and market trends.
Database Management:
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and referral interactions.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Networking:
Represent FellowshipLIFE at meetings, events, and community organizations.
Cultivate relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and care facilities.
Reporting:
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on sales activities and campaign outcomes.
Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in home community-based services.
Strong understanding of lead generation and marketing principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Proficient in database management and CRM systems.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or related field preferred.
Local travel required.
