Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement methods to gather and manage sourcing data for PowerBI report development
  • Analyze sourcing data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies
  • Assist in planning and implementing sourcing optimization projects
  • Continuously review and enhance sourcing processes to maximize efficiency
  • Research and recommend cost-efficient shipment procedures and methods
  • Support the Strategic Sourcing team by driving purchasing process improvements
  • Innovate data presentation for tracking buying trends, costs, and supplier performance
  • Contribute to total cost management efforts, including inventory reduction and price negotiations
  • Create, analyze, and maintain supplier performance metrics using PowerBI
  • Generate regular sourcing-related reports and KPIs using PowerBI
Job Requirements

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
  • Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems.
  • Ability to learn and utilize Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience collaboratively effectively across various levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in data analysis within a sourcing or supply chain context.
  • Familiarity with Oracle and iSupplier portals.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
