Duties

As a Program Analyst you will:

Analyze NA-90 program, operational, and financial performance to identify inefficiencies; developing and implementing substantive and innovative solutions to complex programmatic, operational, and financial challenges to increase efficiency; and documenting and enforcing requirements for programmatic, operational, and financial excellence. Apply intensive knowledge of NA-90 program goals, strategic objectives, and plans to identify potential problems and propose new solutions.

Requirements

Subject to Random Drug Testing Must pass a pre-employment drug test. Favorable suitability determination required. Financial Disclosure is required. Must be able to obtain/maintain a Q level Security Clearance. You must be a United States Citizen.

Qualifications

Specialized Experience:

Experience serving as a subject matter expert in the budget execution and funds distribution process. Experience developing and implementing solutions to complex budget execution issues, financial performance to inform decision makers.
