The Sr. Solutions Analyst in Retail Pricing is a pivotal figure responsible for resolving complex issues and driving system optimizations. Serving as the key liaison between IT and business units, they prioritize high-impact challenges, spearhead data enhancements, and ensure compliance. It's a role designed for tech-savvy problem-solvers in a high-stakes, cross-functional setting.

**Strategic Issue Management:**

+ Prioritize incoming issues based on business impact and potential for escalation, utilizing analytics to quantify severity.

+ Serve as the primary escalation point for complex issues, orchestrating multi-team efforts to resolve them quickly and efficiently.

+ Partner with our Retail Pricing US & CA business teams on core product issues and enhancements.

**Application & Data Management:**

+ Gain expertise in Retail Pricing business logic, IT workflows, and foundational datasets to effectively support and optimize operations.

+ Lead configuration updates and stored procedure modifications to our Price Execution toolset to meet the needs of cross-functional projects and initiatives.

+ Identify opportunities for process automation, system enhancements, or other optimizations within the Retail Pricing landscape.

**Stakeholder Communication:**

+ Establish communication channels with business unit leaders to understand key pain points and propose solutions for improving and extending the team's capabilities.

+ Lead the communication strategy between IT and business units during high-severity issues, ensuring transparency and quick resolution.

**Team Collaboration & Knowledge Management:**

+ Foster a culture of interdepartmental collaboration by coordinating with other IT teams and business units for cross-functional problem-solving.

+ Manage and continuously update the team's knowledge repository, making it a go-to resource for best practices and issue resolution strategies.

+ Collaborate with support teams to define SLAs and outline communication protocols.

**Documentation & Security:**

+ Maintain thorough documentation of Retail Pricing processes, configurations, and data mappings.

+ Ensure all activities adhere to data security standards, implementing regular access audits and reviews.
