Arrow Advisors SLP, PLLC is seeking a tax manager with 3-5 years of experience that wants to grow into a role with ownership opportunities. The right candidate for this role would be good with clients, able to problem solve, and willing to step into a management role. Arrow Advisors SLP provides accounting and tax services to individuals and businesses across the upper midwest. Company Description Arrow Advisors is not the stereotypical CPA firm you might have in mind. Our offices are relaxed, light, and flexible. We work hard, but also make time for plenty of fun.

Employees have unlimited room for growth. Most of our employees started here as interns. Even one partner began his career as an intern.

Public accounting is known for long hours and employee burnout, but we're different. While we do work longer hours during the busy season, we make sure our employees take the time off they need to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
