We offer competitive pay, excellent benefits and a great work environment where all employees are valued Most importantly, our employees are part of a team that makes a real difference in the communities we live and work in.Job Summary:**$10,000 SIGN ON BONUS**Location: Methodist Fremont Health Hospital Address: 450 E 23rd St. - Fremont, NEWork Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am to 4:30pm The Clinical Dietitian provides medical nutrition therapy in compliance with current Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND), Standards of Practice (SOP), and Standards of Professional Performance (SOPP).Develops, implements, maintains and evaluates a comprehensive nutritional services program for patients.This includes but is not limited to pre-surgical insurance evaluations, assisting with weight management visits in preparation for surgery, postoperative dietary follow-ups and/or weight regain visits and aiding with the interdisciplinary approach of discussing surgical readiness of patients with team members.Responsibilities:Essential Job FunctionsConducts nutrition assessment in the five domains of nutrition assessment as documented in the International Dietetics and Nutrition Terminology Reference Manual: Standardized Language for the Nutrition Care Process (IDNT): Food/Nutrition-Related HistoryAnthropometric MeasurementsBiochemical Data, Medical Tests, and ProceduresNutrition-Focused Physical FindingsClient HistoryIdentifies specific nutrition diagnosis(es) and documents using standardize language that includes problem (p), etiology (e), and signs and symptoms(s) (PES statement (s)).Devises specific nutrition strategies/plans of care and creates nutrition prescriptions in conjunction with patients, care givers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team as appropriate.Implements and clearly communicates nutrition plans of care with interdisciplinary team;
