salary: $20 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Review invoices and purchase orders for payment
  • Code invoices with correct expense code and enter into system
  • Perform check runs and obtain signatures for checks
  • Assist with AR - bank deposits, posting payments, processing credit apps, prepare billing
  • Bank statement reconciliations
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Month end/year end close


The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
Skills Bank Reconciliations Month-End Close Account Reconciliation Accounts Payable Disbursements/Check Runs Expense Reports Coding/Batching Bank Deposits
