divh2Janitorial Technician/h2pJanitorial Technician Location: West Fargo, North Dakota Pay: Up to $22 DOE Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday/ppCW Services is a leading provider of facility services, delivering innovative maintenance and janitorial solutions to keep our clients operations running smoothly./ph3Position Overview/h3pThe Janitorial Technician is responsible for daily cleaning, ensuring quality standards, and supporting a safe and efficient work environment./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3pHere are just a few things you can expect to do daily:/pulliTeam members must be able to work in a team oriented and safety conscious environment./liliAssigned tasks list to include, but not limited to; perform housekeeping and janitorial duties to maintain offices, restrooms, and public areas in clean and orderly condition./liliRemoves trash from offices and other work areas. Stripping and waxing of floors, burnishing waxed floors, cleaning, and maintaining carpeted floors, and floor scrubbing of ceramic tile floors. Assist other service personnel with minor facility service repair. Follow established routine. Employee will perform any and all other duties that are assigned by the responsible supervisor./liliMust be able to use hand tools and cleaning machinery on a daily basis such as floor sweepers and brooms./liliMust have the flexibility to work all shifts including holidays and weekends as demanded by the job./liliCompliance with all company / customer regulations, policies, and procedures./liliAchieve performance expectations set forth as part of performance appraisals to include employee development planning./liliCommunicates with all team members to assist the development of short- and long-range planning in assist of the companys goals and objectives/liliMaintain personal tools required for your job./liliMeet physical requirements of the job./liliMaintain good attendance in accordance with Company policy./liliPerform assigned tasks in a safety, effective, and efficient manner./liliAccurate and timely administrative duties to include, but not limited to, time accounting and work order completion./liliMust maintain positive customer and employee relations./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pPrevious janitorial or custodial experience required; Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Must pass background check and drug screen/ph3Physical Demands/h3pThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
