THE JOB:

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for warmly greeting patrons, verify their credentials, and assist them with checking in for their stay. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.

STARTING RATE: $18.10/hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Greet guests as they arrive, making them feel part of the MGM Resorts family.
  • Anticipate their needs and address any concerns promptly, following the S.H.O.W. Service Basics.
  • Manage early and late arrivals and departures seamlessly.
  • Handle walk-ins and ensure smooth guest room check-ins and check-outs.
  • Promote MGM Rewards enrollment and benefits to enhance guest loyalty.
  • Partner with Housekeeping and related departments to meet guest expectations.
  • Issue room keys securely.
  • Prioritize guest security, privacy, and confidentiality throughout their stay.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Possesses a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Has at least 1 year of experience in hotel operations as a front desk agent, concierge, or other related role.
  • Pays attention to small details and avoids mistakes.
  • Skilled at handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain discretion with sensitive information.
THE SCHEDULE:
  • Must be available to work any shift (Day: 8:00 - 4:45PM, Swing: 3:00PM - 11:45PM, or Overnight: 11:00PM - 7:45AM).
  • Must also be available to work weekends and holidays.
