Innerhalb der Corporate Human Resources betreut das HR-Team Corporate Functions & Technology unterschiedlichste Fachbereiche, u.a. die Bereiche Technology Finance, IT, und Strategie in allen HR-Themen „from hire to retire“. Organisationsentwicklung und Change-Management runden das Bild ab. Darüber hinaus begleiten wir weitere Unternehmen innerhalb der Viega Gruppe, beispielsweise die Viega Schweiz und sind in globalen Großprojekten involviert. Nun möchten wir unser Team verstärken. Aufgaben:
Übernahme der HR-Verantwortung für die Planung und Steuerung eines globalen Innovations-Programms sowie weiterer Projekte bei Viega
Daraus hervorgehende die fachliche Koordination eines vielfältigen HR-Teams und Schaffung einer Eskalationsinstanz für herausfordernde Situationen
Stellvertretung für den Senior Director HR Management Corporate Functions & Technology in allen strategischen und operativen Themen
Entwicklung konstruktiver Lösungen und aktive Übernahme von Aufgaben zur Erreichung der definierten Team-, Bereichs-, und Programmziele
Sicherstellung der Qualität, Einhaltung des Budgets und Zeitrahmens sowie Identifizierung notwendiger HR-Aktivitäten und Ressourcenaktivierung
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personal oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit zusätzlicher personalwirtschaftlicher Qualifikation
Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als HR-Business Partner in einem international agierenden Industrieunternehmen, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Change-Management
Teamplayer mit der Fähigkeit, ambitionierte Teammitglieder zu fördern
Erfahrung im Stakeholdermanagement
Idealerweisung Erfahrung in der täglichen Arbeit mit SAP R3 und mit SAP SuccessFactors
Empathie und Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch
