Hospitality Supervisor

Principle Responsibilities
•Provide an amazing first impression for our guests entering the reception area.
•Answering and directing phone calls and inquiries with professional etiquette
•Monitoring email inquiries and replying within 24 hour period, as needed.
•Maintain a clean, orderly, inspected, neat, and safe reception area.
•Minor typing, reservation, and database entry.
•Assisting Front Desk Staff with coverage
•Other duties or projects as assigned by SBR leadership
•Abide by policies and procedure outlined in the SBR staff handbook
Qualifications & Training
•21 years of age or older
•Computer literacy in Microsoft Office 365 Suite. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Must be a team player
•Must be helpful, friendly, courteous, and kind at all times
•Ability to use Microsoft Teams daily for work related communication and coordination
•Be or become a registered member of the Boy Scouts of America
Performance Results
•Provide daily memorable moments that are recognized and matter to customers
•Contribute feedback to the hospitality department on improvements for operation
•Reply to all email within 24 hours within your scope of work
Physical Requirements
•Up to 4 hours a day of either standing, walking, hiking, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
•Can pass the physical exam and approved for SBR height and weight requirements
