Customer service consultant

The Quality & Training Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and analyzing customer contact quality while developing resources and training for the customer support team within the Managed Care Department. This role focuses on evaluating customer service quality for retail independent member pharmacies, emphasizing employee training, customer escalation resolution, and quality management. Key responsibilities include supporting the Training and Performance Monitoring Consultants, training new hires, reviewing customer interactions for quality, identifying training opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance training and quality processes.
salary: $21.99 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to the Training Consultant and Performance Monitoring Consultant
- Perform direct training to new hires and assist in maintaining internal resources to support ongoing training
- Review quality of customer interactions
- Communicate training opportunities when present
- Collaborate with internal team(s) to identify opportunities and obtain necessary documentation to support training and quality reviews
